In the fall of 2023, the Harris County Housing and Community Development Department began work on a Fair Housing study to help us identify barriers to housing in Harris County.

The Fair Housing Assessment Draft contains our research and findings on housing needs, including the results of the Harris County Fair Housing Survey.
